We believe that theatre is an important platform through which we can and must subvert hegemonic narratives and offer a critique on oppressive institutions, inspiring the catalyst for social change. Committed to creating a space for underrepresented theatre artists, Black Swan Production Company is dedicated to amplifying BIPOC, LGBTQ2A+, and disabled voices, as well as those of women and gender non-binary individuals. We are hungry for authentic stories which subvert stereotypes, highlight complex and nuanced characters, and reimagine history.
